At Akioora LLC, doing business as Carlton Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality web development services. If a project is delivered late or does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your completed project.
  • Eligibility: The project must have been either delivered beyond the agreed deadline or failed to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

2. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered under the following circumstances:

  • External Purchases: If your project requires the purchase of external themes, plugins, or third-party services that are necessary for completing your website, we will provide a partial refund. This covers only the cost of the services or materials that did not meet your needs, minus the costs of the external purchases.

3. Exclusions
Certain services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting Services: Payments made for hosting solutions are non-refundable, as these services are subscription-based and provided instantly upon payment. Once the hosting service is activated, refunds will not be granted.

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  3. Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed and issued within 7-10 business days. The refund will be returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
