2. Payment Methods

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Web Development Services: Once the project scope is agreed upon, we commit to delivering completed websites within 7 days, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
• Other Services (e.g., hosting, minor updates): These are processed and delivered instantly, as soon as payment is received and verified.

5. Non-Payment and Service Suspension
In cases of non-payment or declined transactions, the following will apply:

• Service Suspension: Your services will be paused, and access may be restricted until full payment is received.
• Cancellation: Prolonged non-payment may lead to a permanent cancellation of services, and your website or hosted files may no longer be accessible.

6. Communication
We will communicate with you primarily through the email address you provide during the registration process. Please ensure that this email is current and regularly checked. Any notifications, updates, or invoices will be sent via email, so it’s your responsibility to ensure prompt attention to these communications.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Web Development Services: Refunds are available within 14 days if the project is delivered late or does not meet the agreed specifications. In some cases, partial refunds may apply if external themes or plugins are required and added to your project costs.
• Hosting Subscriptions: Subscription payments are non-refundable once services are activated. However, if there are issues with service provision or delays, we will work to resolve them in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Data Security and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and project-related data is encrypted and securely stored. Upon completion of a project, we delete all user data related to the transaction. We do not share any personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
